🎬 No Problemos – Set Etiquette & Professional Conduct Guidelines
At No Problemos, we believe that creating powerful visuals starts with cultivating an environment rooted in respect, collaboration, and good vibes. These guidelines exist to ensure that every person on our sets feels safe, empowered, and supported.
🌈 1. Our Core Values
Inclusivity: All well intentioned people are welcome, respected, and treated equally here, regardless of beliefs, gender, sex, ethnicity, color, race, disability, political party, or who they love.
Collaboration: Everyone on set contributes to the creative process. We uplift each other and celebrate ideas from every corner.
Respect: Treat every person — regardless of title or role — with kindness, dignity, and professionalism.
🎥 2. Set Etiquette
Arrive On Time: Be ready to work at your call time. If you're running late or dealing with an emergency, communicate early.
Be Present: Phones off or on silent unless you're using them for work.
Keep the Vibe Right: Please refrain from yelling, gossiping, or being rude. We all have tough days — perfection isn’t expected, but kindness and doing your best are. We're here to create. Feel free to dance if you’re digging the music!
Workspace Courtesy: Keep work areas clean and organized. Respect shared spaces and property.
Respect Roles: Trust everyone to do their job. Avoid stepping on toes unless invited.
Non-Interference: Do not disrupt or distract talent, photographers, videographers, or other crew while they are working.
Pay Attention on Set: Be aware of where the camera is pointing, and avoid being in sight. When we're rolling sound, maintain silence.
Social Media: Do not capture or share behind-the-scenes content, images, or information without express permission from No Problemos.
💼 3. Professional Conduct
Boundaries Matter: Always ask before touching someone or their belongings — including gear, wardrobe, or props. Keep handshakes, fist bumps, and hugs professional. Please don’t touch people without their consent.
Communication: Use clear, polite, and professional language at all times. Avoid raised voices, aggressive tones, or dismissive comments.
Eye Contact: Do not stare at others, including other workers. This is especially true when working on set with talent. They are not on set to perform for an audience, do your best to be out of sight so they feel more comfortable.
Dress Appropriately: Wear clothing and footwear that’s safe, practical, and set-appropriate.
Alcohol & Drugs: No consumption on set unless explicitly cleared as part of the production.
🚫 4. Harassment & Discrimination
Zero tolerance. Period.
Zero Tolerance: No Problemos enforces a zero tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior.
Harassment: Any unwelcome verbal, physical, sexual, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment is strictly prohibited. This includes sexual advances, derogatory comments, unwanted physical contact, and offensive jokes or visuals.
Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, national origin, marital status, veteran status, or any legally protected characteristic is not tolerated under any circumstances.
Reporting: Any incidents of harassment or misconduct should be reported immediately to a producer, human resources representative, or the designated on-set contact. Reporting can be done verbally or in writing.
Confidentiality: All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Consequences: Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the set and possible termination of employment or contract.
🦺 5. Safety First
Safety Briefing: Attend the daily safety talk at call time. Know the exits, emergency contacts, and medical kits.
