Tom Blanchard

FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Tom has been in the industry since 2011 and loves a good challenge. He enjoys solving puzzles, connecting clients with the right creative partners, and, of course, making sure everything comes in under budget 🙂. He might seem serious at first, but underneath it all, he’s just a hardworking goofball and softy. Some might even say he was a cowboy in a past life.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his son, Teddy, and his pup, Jed. He’s always up for an adventure with friends and family, whether it’s dirt biking, wake surfing, skiing, running, dancing, weightlifting, yoga, or pickleball.

Katrina Manos

TRAVEL, LEGAL, & FINANCE COORDINATOR (Freelance)

Katrina likes to keep everything running smoothly—booking travel, managing legal details, and staying on top of the numbers for the production team.
Before joining No Problemos, she worked as a loan processor and AI trainer, building a sharp eye for details and a talent for tackling challenges head-on.

Outside of work, Katrina is all about family. You’ll find her at the park cheering on her three daughters at softball games or leading their elementary school’s running club, making sure the next generation stays active. A proud Buffalo Bills fan (as are Stephen—who is from Buffalo—and Tom—who just likes them because of Josh), she loves any excuse for an adventure with her husband and kids—whether it’s a weekend getaway or just a day out making memories.

Cholla de Jong

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Freelance)

Cholla is a multi-talented mom-of-all-trades who’s worked for No Problemos in the past as a Production Assistant and a Production Coordinator. Now, fully vetted, she sits on her throne at NP Headquarters as the official Production and Office Coordinator. She is a fan of humor and organizing things - which comes in handy at HQ. With a background in the service industry, outdoor education, wilderness therapy, and any type of physical labor, she’s just as comfortable teaching survival skills in the wild as she is wrangling kids or organizing any chaotic environment. Basically, if it involves working hard and having fun, she’s in. Outside of work she is wife and a momma to Mia and Aeva. Cholla is very family oriented and as a mom of two tiny humans, she knows the importance of direct communication and patience. She also knows the importance of keeping a sense of humor, because honestly, it’s the only way to survive...
